They sent texts for pickup at the airport with a picture of our driver but I didn’t have wifi to recieve it. Our flight was a little delayed and our luggage took a long time to come, but we found our driver in the end. We were also missing a car seat but the driver called customer service before we left the airport and they explained and said they would refund the cost. They sent texts before our pick up on our last day so communication was awesome! Our driver to the airport, Fausto, was really great! Thank you, I would book again!
