As a company we came up with a way to balance between to honor our guarantees and helping our staff during this coming touristic recession. Because of the actions taken by governments in different countries of restricting traveling even when Cancun and the Riviera Maya are free of the infection we will not avoid touristic recession; therefore, we are offering as option for pre-paid booking cancelations to give you the full amount of the order plus an additional 20% incentive. This will help us to maintain all our staff jobs and help their families during the rescission.

Due to the numerous cancelations, We were on the need to process all cancelation request more efficiently so, we had created this space on our website for you. This will make the process super easy and informative for you before making a decision.

Cancellation Policy

Regardless of whether you made your reservation online or via phone call, give us eight (8) hours’ notice prior to your pickup time, and we will give you a full refund. Refunds are processed with in three (3) business days and will normally show on your account within three (3) to five (10) business days after the refund is processed and approved. PayPal refunds are submitted within three (3) business days.

Pre-Paid Orders & Refund process

you can choose to get the total amount of your order in store credit plus we’ll give you a 20% incentive. You will be able to use the credit to re-book your transfer(s) and perhaps take advantage of the extra money for excursions or future transfers.

Refunds will be process with in the next 3 business days and you will be able to see the credit reflected into your PayPal account with in those 3 business days. Please, do not take this directly into a dispute through PayPal since the process will become slower and tedious.
