ed and they scrambled to get us an earlier ride to the airport. So thankful for that!!! Cons: They did not have the booster seat as requested for the ride from the airport to the hotel even though it was clearly requested. I ordered drinks and snacks. I ordered 2-Coke Zero as it was an option, 3 waters, 2 beers. They did not bring the Coke Zero nor enough waters so that was very disappointing as we did pay for those items. All in all, I would use them again.

the driver was there and waiting for us without any extra charges or anything. He was easy to find after exiting the airport terminal, holding the card with our name on it. Cold beers and AC for the trip to the hotel and my wife and I were very pleased. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

and my cellphone was not working it left us in a position where we weren’t sure if we should just jump on our group shuttle arranged through WestJet or wait it out. Roughly 20 minutes after searching the entire area for our driver we were able to get someone to contact the company that advised our driver would be late. Our driver was friendly, and we enjoyed the free wifi in the vehicle. We were disappointed as we were told we would have beers and wine as we had made arrangements for the Luxury Shuttle services that did not happen. We were provided a 1 small bottle of Carona and ended up having him stop at a 711 so we could purchase our own drinks. The vehicle was very nice that did eventually pick us up but overall I would not use the service again and would try a different company in the future in hopes of avoiding the confusion of not having a driver there.
