The driver left me in a hot van for 20 minutes at the airport. He told me he would be back in one minute to put someone else on a van. I had to call customer service to get him to come back to take me to my hotel. It was awful.

Our driver wasn’t at the airport when we arrived. As the airport is very chaotic and my cellphone was not working it left us in a position where we weren’t sure if we should just jump on our group shuttle arranged through WestJet or wait it out. Roughly 20 minutes after searching the entire area for our driver we were able to get someone to contact the company that advised our driver would be late. Our driver was friendly, and we enjoyed the free wifi in the vehicle. We were disappointed as we were told we would have beers and wine as we had made arrangements for the Luxury Shuttle services that did not happen. We were provided a 1 small bottle of Carona and ended up having him stop at a 711 so we could purchase our own drinks. The vehicle was very nice that did eventually pick us up but overall I would not use the service again and would try a different company in the future in hopes of avoiding the confusion of not having a driver there.
