Car Seats

You will be able to order carseats at not cost on the second step of the booking right after selection the vehicle.  When booking round trip the car seat will be provided on both trips as it will only shown on the first ride. For more info about the car seat description click here

Before you book

What information do I need in order to book?

In order to successfully place an order you will need to have handy the following: contact info; like, full name, e-mail address, and phone number. Also, your flight info; airline company and flight number. finally, your accommodation. This could be a resort, hotel, hostel, B&B or a private residence address.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay your driver in cash directly upon arrival. We also accept all major credit cards and PayPal payment. Credit card and PayPal payments are subject to a processing fee of 6%

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes, We offer stops on the way. You might like to stop to do grocery shopping or you might stop to have a fast meal on the way to your accommodation place. This options are available at the moment of placing your order.

1hr stop cost $30.USD/CAD You’ll have only 10.min tolerance. Passed the 10.min tolerance you’ll be charged in cash an extra hour.

Can I carry a pet in your vehicles?

If you wish to transport a pet with you, we would require that you notify us beforehand. Please, notify us on the order notes box at the end of the reservation form. Your pet must be secured during travel.

What if my flight is delayed / lands early? Will our driver still be there?

We work on the basis of actual arrival times, we monitor all incoming flights and our drivers will know if your flight lands

How much in advance do I need to book my airport transfer?

The sooner you book the better. We recommend that you reserve at least 8 to 12 hours before your trip. However, if you make a last minute reservation, we can often send a car on the same day of your reservation. In case of a last minute reservation, it is best to call 1-855-257-3972 toll free from US or +52(998)277-1949 The lines are open 24 hours a day.

I can’t find my accommodation on the list. What to do?

You will find a “PRIVATE RESIDENCE” option for each destination area. First, pick this option according to your destination area on search. Then select you vehicle to finally be will able to enter the address and or the name of your accommodation on the booking form.

How do you assign the pick-up time for my return to the airport?

The pick-up time is calculated based on the route time plus 2.5hrs. This guarantees a safe flight check-in. Upon arrival your driver will confirm your return flight info. He’ll notify you with the assigned pick-up time for your return to the airport. Once you’d agreed with the pick-up time we’ll send the agreement via e-mail.

Can I make a booking for a larger group?

Yes, on our website you can book for groups up to 40 people but we can cater for even bigger groups. You can contact with a customer care agent via phone call, mail or texting to get a quotation.

Before you travel

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Your driver will be dispatched to the terminal as soon as your flight land. He will meet you in the arrival area outside the terminal doors holding a board sign with your name.

What happens if I can locate my driver?

Please call or text us to our 24-hour support line. An agent will be available to assist you to make contact with your driver.

How long will my driver wait for me at the airport?

On your arrival to the airport, your driver will wait for you at the terminal until you come out from customs. Please, contact us if you are having any problem or situation that might cause a mayor delay.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

Please, contact us as soon as possible via mail or phone call. Since we monitor all incoming flights, we will not have dispatched a driver.

Is gratuity included in the price?

No. Gratuity is at the passengers discretion.

How do I cancel my reservation?

We understand your travel plans may change, so we offer a very simple cancellation policy. Regardless of whether you made your reservation online, just give us 6 hours notice prior to your pickup time.

Notice! Full refund will be provided within a 10 days period of time.

If I arrive very late at night or early in the morning. Will you still send a driver to pick us up?

Yes, we operate a 24-hour service, We guarantee, your driver will wait for you no matter how late or early you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

Airport Transfers Cancelation

Regardless of whether you made a booking online or via phone call, give us eight (8) hours’ notice prior to your arrival or pickup time, and we will give you a full refund in the case you have paid booking booking in advance. A cancelation confirmation will be sent via e-mal.

Equipment & Extra space

You will be able to notify that you are traveling with large items such as wheelchairs, golf clubs, pet kennels, foldable walkers and bicycles. We will prepare the van to fit your items.

Refunds

PayPal Refunds

Refunds are submitted within three (3) business days after the cancelation request and the founds can be reflected back into your PayPal account immediately after the cancelation is approved. A refund receipt will be sent via e-mail at the moment of the cancelation.

Credit/Debit Cards Refunds

Refunds are processed with in three (3) business days and will normally show on your account within ten (10) to five teen (15) business days after the refund is processed and approved. If it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance. A refund receipt will be sent via e-mail at the moment of the cancelation

Returning trip

How long will my driver will wait for me at the hotel for my return to the airport?

Please, if you have any issue at the moment of checking out or before leaving from you accommodation notify us right away. Your driver will wait 15 min  starting from the booked pick-up time; if, we don’t receive any notification your driver will leave after the waiting time has passed.

Do I need to confirm my pick-up for my return to the airport?

Yes, you will be receiving a mail with the pick-up time for your return to the airport. You might reply as confirmed or if you like one-an-one attention you can also give us a call to +52(998)277-1949 or send us a tex.
