Keep your phone on. Our team follows up by WhatsApp. Once you have your luggage and have cleared customs, message us so we can dispatch your driver to the terminal. We’ll share the pickup instructions and driver details.
How will I recognise my driver?+
Your driver will meet you with a sign bearing your name. Follow the meeting instructions sent by our team; contact us on WhatsApp if anything changes.
What if my flight or arrival changes?+
Send us the updated details as soon as you can. We’ll review your reservation and coordinate the pickup with the operating team.
How is my airport return pickup time calculated?+
The suggested time allows for the drive plus three hours at the airport. Check the date and time carefully, especially for flights departing after midnight.
